Effective date: March 29, 2026 · Operator: Oscar Hotel & Resort (“Oscar”, “we”, “us”).

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to oscarhotelresort.com (the “Site”) and services offered at Oscar properties or through authorized partners. By using the Site, submitting forms, or staying with us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Reservations & rates

Rates are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, resort fees, and municipal charges may apply at checkout. A valid payment method may be required to guarantee reservations. Group, event, and casino-hotel packages may carry separate cancellation windows — those terms are confirmed in writing at booking.

3. Check-in / check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are communicated at booking. Early arrival or late departure may be available for a fee subject to availability. Government-issued identification and the payment card used for guarantee may be required at arrival.

4. Guest conduct & safety

We maintain a safe, respectful environment. Harassment, violence, illegal activity, or interference with staff or other guests may result in removal without refund. Casino areas are restricted by law; valid ID and compliance with house rules are required for gaming access.

5. Responsible gaming

Where gaming is offered, guests must adhere to applicable regulations and property policies. Self-exclusion resources and staff assistance are available upon request. Minors are not permitted in designated gaming areas.

6. Intellectual property

Site content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Oscar or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute materials without written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oscar and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or stay, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oscar, its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
